Utah Industrial Depot is proud to introduce Mark
Smith as our Director of Marketing. Mark's previous
education and industry training contribute to his
ability to recognize and solidify marketing opportunities with potential
tenants. Mark's real estate
background has prepared him for the energetic
task of converting one of the first Army Military BRAC realignment projects into a useful and profitable industrial
business park.
Mark's focus is to lease or sell the
inventory of buildings and land quickly. Following this plan we
can assist future development for the state of
Utah, Tooele County and Tooele City.
Mark has spent several years building personal
relationships with Tooele City and County
governments. He is a member of the Tooele Chamber of Commerce, as well as
several local civic committees. Professionalism, knowledge, and trust
are some of his qualities.
