Tim's diverse background in industrial Real Estate
and construction brings a positive benefit to

Depot. Prior experience as a commercial
Real Estate agent and realtor, has allowed Tim to work
with national and local companies concerning
relocation and prebuild requirements. His efforts
have resulted in consistently high sales and
leasing results.
Tim attended Salt Lake Community College and received degrees in marketing
and business management.
Tim also has valuable experience as an
independent contractor. He is aware of and
understands the importance of meeting deadlines
